During the 2021 Commencement Ceremony Dr. Ontiveros was awarded the Trustees's Distinguished Scholar Award in recognition of work performed in recent years in the area of microfluidics. This prize is a testimony to the hard work of many students over the years and the collaborations we have established with our colleagues at the University of Rochester (McGrath Lab) and the University of Notre Dame (Zartman Lab). The research has been funded by the National Science Foundation as well as St. John Fisher College and the U of Notre Dame. Links to our recent publications can be found here.
