Jackie Chouinard, a veteran microfluidics researcher in our lab, obtained funding for her dynamic cell culture project. She is currently studying how macrophages phagocytose bacterial particles under constant flow conditions. She will graduate in May and is looking forward to life as a graduate student next year : )
