The second publication out of our collaboration with the Zartman Lab at Notre Dame. The manuscript describes the fabrication of PETL microfluidics and it includes a detailed video. Particularly interesting are the details of construction of compressor PETL chips, used for mechanobiology studies. This chips can apply controlled loads to micro-sized tissues during imaging while molecular events are recorded.
